The House North Apartment is a one bedroom
 upstairs apartment in the main house.

This apartment has a wood
paneled living area and opens
directly onto a small balcony porch   There is a sofa
which folds out into
a single bed and an arm chair.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer,
gas range and oven and
stainless steel sink.  Coffee
maker, toaster, pots, pans,
dishes, and silverware for
ordinary cooking are included.

There is a  balcony porch with table and chairs.

The bedroom has a queen size
bed. Sleeping occupancy is rated for 2 people.
We provide two blankets, two
pillows, mattress pad, and bed
-spread per bed and for the sofa. Weekly tenants (5-7 nights) provide their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths and dishtowels).

The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, toilet and electric heat.

The apartment is set back from the lake approximately 700 feet from
the lake, but does allow access to
our waterfront, beach and docks
with a short walk.  There is a
picnic table and charcoal grill
for use in the yard.

This apartment faces the lake and the property. It has a separate entrance and is up one flight of stairs reached by a wooden walkway.

The House North Apartment is located upstairs in the
 rear of the main building and has a separate entrance.
 This building is located at the entrance to the property and
 set back from the lake about 700 feet.  It is a
 short walk down to the lakefront.
