TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON. EARLIEST POSSIBLE NOTICE IS IN THE TENANT'S OWN BEST INTEREST.

If we can re-rent the accommodations for the reserved time period, we will refund deposits, less a $ 20.00 service charge.

Deposits are nontransferable with multiple unit rentals, unless re-rental of any cancelled reserved time and space is possible.

Deposits will be forfeited if we are unable to re-rent the canceled time, at which point both tenants and property management will have equally lost one-half of the rental fee.

No refunds for unused reserved time or inclement weather.

Winter visitors:  We cannot guarantee weather or trail conditions on the advance dates you choose to reserve a cottage.  If snow levels or weather conditions are a determining factor in whether you will visit or not, please wait until the day before you are considering visiting us, determine if weather and trail conditions are favorable and THEN contact us for a rental.  We cannot refund deposits due to unfavorable weather conditions for advance reservations.  We will be happy to accommodate your request on short notice if possible.
