The Camp Brian is a one bedroom cottage at the
 entrance to the property and is set back from the lakefront
 approximately 700 feet.  It allows access to the beach,
 docks and lake with a short walk.

The cottage has a wood
paneled living-dining room
with an air conditioner and a
double futon sofa. 

The cottage has a cable color TV and an electric woodstove.
The living/dining area and 
bedroom have wall to
wall carpeting.

The kitchen is equipped with apartment sized refrigerator freezer, gas range with oven
and stainless steel sink.  Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans,
dishes, and silverware for
ordinary cooking are provided.

There is a built-in dining
nook and a thermostatically controlled gas propane
floor furnace.

The bedroom contains a double bed and dresser.  We provide
two blankets, two pillows,
mattress pad, and bedspread
per bed and for the sofa bed. Weekly tenants (5-7 nights)
provide their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths
and dishtowels).  Sleeping
occupancy is rated for
two people. 

The bathroom has a corner
shower, vanity sink, toilet  and electric heat as well.

The location of the Camp Brian is set back from the lake approximately 700 feet at the entrance to the property
and located on the far left facing the lake on the westerly side of our yard.

This cottage sits back approximately 700 feet from the lake.

 is a short walk down to the beach, docks, and lakefront. 
Its location provides morning sun and afternoon shade.
